Motorola had launched the Moto Z series of smartphones which is the premium lineup started last year by the company. The Moto Z, as well as the Moto Z Play, were also the first smartphones to be launched in the Moto Z series. Now, the next smartphones from the Moto Z series are going to be launched by the company. These smartphones are the Moto Z2 as well as the Moto Z2 Play. We have already known that the Moto Z2 Play has already been launched by Motorola in India and now, the Moto Z2 is coming from the company next. The Moto Z2 is the highest-end smartphone to be released from the company and the smartphone is expected to have flagship specifications as well.

The Moto Z2 has now taken its visit to GFXBench which reveals all the specifications of the smartphone. The listing reveals that the Moto Z2 will come with the octa-core Snapdragon 835 chipset which is kind of obvious. The chipset will be clocked at 2.4GHz and will be accompanied by an Adreno 540 GPU. The device will come with a 5.5-inch QHD display at the front. When it comes to memory, the Moto Z2 will pack 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. Also, as expected from the latest flagship smartphone from Motorola, the device will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. On the camera section, the Moto Z2 will get a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front facing camera but there may be a dual rear camera on the back.

As far as the pricing and availability options of the Moto Z2 are concerned, Motorola may launch the Moto Z2 on June 30 as there is a Motorola event scheduled on that day.
